A wide pool of STCW 95 certified experienced seafarers is available for various types of vessels such as general cargo, bulk-carriers, ro-ro vessels, container ships, tankers (oil, chemical & gas), cruise ships, including specialized vessels like cement carriers, log carriers, chemical tankers.

The company can provide skilled maintenance riding squads consisting of maritime engineers, qualified and certified fitters, painters and sand/aqua blasters, for specific voyages or for shipyards. Specialized personnel for the offshore industry, ferry-boats and passenger ships are also available.

Training & Testing Ticketing & Visa

Seafarers' training has an increasingly important role in view of the ISM Code requirements and STCW 95 rules and regulations.

In addition to mandatory basic education and training, we can carry out in-house computer based training, via CBT's modules, covering topics such as ship specific safety familiarization, repair and language training, quality assurance, safe mooring, ship security officer training and more, in order to meet client's specific needs.

Screening and testing is based on Computerized Evaluation Software which includes topics of maritime skills as well as English and IT skills.

 

As crew changes require swift and accurate action, the Company can arrange airway tickets for seafarers at the lowest international rates. Tickets available for any possible departure/arrival points worldwide, too.

Visas formalities required for various destinations can be also arranged. As an example, US visa is granted in short time for Romanian seafarers, usually in 1 working day.

Accounting & Payroll

The Accounting & Payroll department is responsible to maintain the accounts of the clients and the company. They are also responsible to give replies to the queries, regarding accounts, raised by the clients and or the auditors. The accounts department will follow accounting practices and reporting as required by Romanian Law.

Responsible in classifying, recording, analyzing, processing of financial transactions including maintenance of related documents; prepares financial reports to various government entities and statement of accounts to principals; prepares budget and cash positions; and, prepare billing for manning fees.

The services rendered include:

  • financial reporting in accordance with agreed procedures;
  • development and implementation of new procedures as appropriate and agreed with the General Manager;
  • wage calculations and payment of seafarers salary in Romanian currency;
  • payment of legal taxes owed to Romanian authorities;
  • payment of allotments;
  • dealing with any feed-back from our customers related to the effectiveness of the financial management system.
